- Edilitics operates on an annual subscription model, meaning all plans are billed yearly with a one-time upfront payment. This ensures uninterrupted access and predictable costs throughout the year.
- Solo plans are designed for individual users signing up with generic email domains like Gmail or Yahoo. Enterprise plans are intended for organizations and require a corporate email domain to register. Enterprise plans provide team management features, centralized billing, and access to collaborative tools.
- Upgrades to a higher-tier plan are possible at any time, with the additional cost adjusted for the remaining billing cycle. Downgrades are not available. Once a plan is selected, it remains active for the full billing period without the option to switch to a lower-tier plan.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but the plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle. After cancellation, Solo users retain view-only access to their assets until they purchase a new plan. For Enterprise accounts, all users lose access once the billing cycle ends, except for admins, who retain view-only access until a new plan is purchased.
- Only users with the same corporate domain can be invited to an Enterprise workspace. This ensures secure access control and prevents unauthorized users from joining the organization’s workspace. Invitations cannot be extended to users with personal or generic email domains.
- Each plan includes a fixed amount of compute time per month. Unused compute minutes do not roll over and are reset at the start of each month. If additional compute time is required, extra minutes can be purchased at $2.99 per hour, with a discounted rate of $2.39 per hour available for bulk purchases of 11 hours or more.
- Free Forever users cannot purchase additional compute time. If the allocated 30 minutes of compute time is exhausted within a month, users must wait until the next month for their compute limit to reset.
- Enterprise plans apply to all users within an organization, ensuring consistent access and centralized billing. Individual users within an Enterprise account cannot subscribe to different plans separately.
- Solo accounts cannot be converted into Enterprise accounts. If a user wants to switch to an Enterprise plan, they must sign up with a corporate email domain, which will create a new Enterprise account. There is no option to transfer an existing Solo account into an Enterprise account.
- Enterprise admins can revoke a user’s access if they leave the team or organization. The available seat can then be reassigned to another user either by sending an invitation or approving an access request. This allows organizations to maximize seat utilization without needing to purchase additional licenses prematurely.
